Welcome to The Opened Heart! We are a social enterprise dedicated to supporting and uplifting women and children who are recovering from serious illness in the San Diego area. 

My Healing Space provides magical bedroom transformations to facilitate and accelerate the healing process. Using new bedding and accessories, we create personalized spaces that provide an oasis for those experiencing health challenges. For women we incorporate soothing designs and colors, fresh flowers, and water features. For children, we design a room that reflects the special, unique essence of who they are utilizing  their favorite colors and themes.

The Purposeful Journey provides motivational career counseling for women in transition. Health challenges can often be the catalyst for the need to reassess ones life. We will work with you to discover and  create what you want the next chapter to look like.
